Trustoo is a Dutch platform where people find local service providers based on verified reviews. The Top Pro badge goes to businesses that, in Trustoo's own words, deliver consistently excellent quality and rank among the very best providers on the platform.

For us it mainly means the ratings don't come from one good month. Clients write about clear explanations, a plan they can keep up and dietitians who stay involved, also between appointments. Those reviews are public and can also be found on Google.

We ask every client for an honest review after their programme. If something didn't go well, we would rather hear it directly: that feedback is discussed in our team meeting.
