Slotervaart is a neighbourhood where many languages are spoken, and you see that in our practice: our dietitians are multilingual, and consultations in English are no problem. Expats and internationals are very welcome. The advice always fits what you cook at home, whatever cuisine that is.
Because we are based in a health centre, the line to your GP (huisarts) is short. Within integrated care via ROHA (type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular risk and COPD) we coordinate with your GP and practice nurse as standard, and dietary advice is fully covered without any deductible. For everything else, Dutch basic health insurance covers three hours of dietary advice a year, no referral needed.
